Orderfood.com.cy is a restaurant portal registered by C.P. Web-tech Ltd that enables users to send an order to a selected restaurant for delivery, takeaway or even to book a table at a restaurant. The use of our services is subject to the Terms and Conditions set in this page.


Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using any of the services offered through our website. By using the services that our website offers, you are bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with these Terms and Conditions or any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use this website.


1.1. These Terms and Conditions along with our Privacy Policy govern the use of services through our website (orderfood.com.cy) and any other mobile application that is used to receive services from orderfood.com.cy.


2.1. Unless a written communication is required by applicable laws, you consent to receive electronic communications from us. You also agree that any electronic communications that you receive from us satisfy legal requirements.


3.1. When you select the menu items from the restaurant of your choice, you will need to click the checkout button. If the restaurant allows for delivery, then a pop-up window will ask you to select the area of delivery before proceeding to the checkout page. In the case of a take away, you will be directly taken to the checkout page. You will need to review the checkout page to ensure that the menu items you selected and the information that you want us to send to the restaurant of your choice are correct. Once you send the order you cannot go back and change it. After you send your order a pop-up window will appear. You need to wait for a few minutes until the restaurant responds to accept or reject your request. The restaurant's response will be displayed on the pop-up window and/or will be sent via SMS to the mobile phone number assicuated with the order. Please note that if the restaurant accepts your request you are obligated to pay in full the restaurant at delivery or at the pick-up time of your order.

3.2. In case the restaurant accepts your delivery or pick-up order, you will be able to see on the pop-up window the estimated time that the order will be delivered or be ready for pick-up. Please note that delivery and pick-up times are estimates. Orderfood.com.cy is under no obligation to guarantee delivery or pick-up times.

3.3. In the case of a booking, you also need to make sure that the information that you want us to send to the restaurant is correct. Once you send the order you cannot go back and change it. After you send your reservation request, a pop-up window will appear displaying a message whether the restaurant has rejected or accepted your booking. Once the restaurant accepts your booking you are obligated to fulfill the booking reservation you made.


4.1. All menu prices are inclusive of applicable VAT. If the order is for delivery, delivery charges may apply which will be added to the total order amount due.

4.2. Orderfood.com.cy does not currently accepts any payments for the orders placed to restaurants via orderfood.com.cy. Payments should be made directly to the restaurants at the time of delivery or pick-up.

4.3. Despite our best efforts to keep the restaurant menus up to date there may be a small number of menu items that have incorrect pricing or not available at the time of your order or they have been discontinued.


4.4. In case the correct price of a menu item is higher than the price on the website, then the restaurant is responsible for contacting you to verify whether you want to buy the menu item at the correct price or to proceed with the rest of the order or if you want cancel your order. If the correct price of the menu item is lower than the price on the website, the restaurant is responsible for charging you the lower amount of the menu item.

4.5. In case that one of the menu items is not available or has been discontinued at the time of your order, then the restaurant is responsible for contacting you to verify whether you want to proceed with the rest of your order or not.

4.6. Any complaints in regards to the quality of the food, menu items pricing or if you seek compensation for your order should be directed to the restaurant that you placed the order with. All complaints must be first addressed with the restaurant that you placed the order with before you contact us to report your complaint.

4.7. C.P. Web-tech Ltd is not liable for the quality of the food or for incorrect pricing displayed on our website nor is under any obligation to compensate you on behalf of any restaurant for an incorrect pricing.


5.1. Unless otherwise stated, C.P. Web-tech Ltd and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights and the material published on this website.

5.2. You may use orderfood.com.cy services only as permitted by law.

5.3. You are permitted to print and download materials from orderfood.com.cy for your own personal and non-commercial use.

5.4. You are not permitted to use any of the materials and services found on orderfood.com.cy for resale or commercial use unless you obtain a written permission from C.P. Web-tech Ltd.

5.5. You are not permitted to use any type of information or materials for the benefit of another merchant or for data gathering.

5.6. All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms and Conditions are reserved and retained by C.P. Web-tech Ltd and/or its licensors.


6.1. We try to ensure that our website is always available. However, due to several reasons which some are outside of our control, availability cannot be guaranteed. Occasionally, access to our website may be suspended for maintenance or for updates reasons.

6.2. C.P. Web-tech Ltd is not liable if the website is unavailable or for any indirect or consequential losses that were not caused by any breach on our part. Access to this website may be suspended temporarily and without notice.

6.3. If you have received a user ID and a password in order to access our services, you must ensure that the user ID and password are kept confidential. We do take steps to protect your data, but due to inherent risks that exist in the transmission of information via the web, the security of data transmitted is never guaranteed. Your transmission is at your own risk.

6.4. C.P. Web-tech Ltd reserves the right to disable your user ID and password at its sole discretion without any notice.


7.1. We may provide links to third party websites for your convenience. We do not control and we are not responsible for the content of third party websites. If you visit third party websites via links found on our website, you will do so at your own risk. You should review the third party websites Terms and Conditions along with their Privacy Policy.


8.1. You may send us any communication material or potentially post comments or reviews to our website as long as the material does not violate any laws or is considered: threatening, offensive, defamatory, abusive, promoting discrimination or violence, invasive to a person’s privacy, a form of misrepresentation, infringing intellectual property rights, unauthorized advertisement, political campaigning, mass mailing or injurious to third parties. The prohibited acts listed in this section are non-exhaustive.

8.2. If any communication material is found to breach section 8.1, we reserve the right to remove or edit such material. Please note that you will have to cover all costs that we may incur due to the breach by you of the restrictions in section 8.1.

8.3. For any material that you send us, you grand us and our affiliates the right to reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, and display such material in any media. Also, you grand us the right to use your name in connection with the material that you send us.

8.4. Any material that you send us is considered royalty-free, non-exclusive and fully sub-licensable and transferable rights to use.


9.1. C.P. Web-tech Ltd is not liable for the quality of the menu items or service received from an order placed through our website.

9.2. Any issue that may arise about the quality of the menu items ordered or service received from a restaurant should be resolved between you and the restaurant C.P. Web-tech Ltd.

9.3. C.P. Web-tech Ltd is not liable to you for any kind of loss (direct, indirect, special or consequential loss) that may result in connection with the use of our services or with the inability to use our services or any kind of loss related to material found on our website.

9.4. By using this website, you agree that the exclusions and limitations of liability set out in this website disclaimer are reasonable. If you do not think they are reasonable, you must not use this website.

9.5. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraudulent representations or by willful misconduct made by us.


10.1. We reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies and Terms and Conditions without any notice.

10.2. As these Terms and Conditions are binding on you, you should revisit this website regularly to check for any updates.

10.3. You will be subject to the Terms and Conditions and policies that are in force at the time of your use of our services. Unless any change to those Terms and Conditions and policies is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it may apply to orders previously placed by you).

10.4. If any part of these Terms and Conditions is deemed illegal or unenforceable under applicable law, it will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining Terms and Conditions.


11.1. Orderfood.com.cy allows third party restaurants to list their menus at orderfood.com.cy.

11.2. Orderfood.com.cy is a portal that helps facilitate the communication between the buyers (consumers) and the sellers (restaurants).

11.3. C.P. Web-tech Ltd does not buy or sell any of the menu items found on orderfood.com.cy website.

11.4. Any contract formed between the buyer (consumer) and the seller (restaurant) due to a transaction via orderfood.com.cy is solely between the buyer (consumer) and the seller (restaurant). We do not assume any responsibility or are a party in this contract.


12.1. You are responsible for the security of your account used to login to orderfood.com.cy

12.2. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that your account information is kept secret. In the case that you believe your account has been compromised, you should inform us immediately.

12.3. You are responsible for ensuring that your information is up to date and the details you provide to us are correct. You can update your information in the My Account section of the website.

12.4. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account to the extent permitted by applicable law.

12.5. You are not allowed to transfer your account rights and/or obligations under these Terms and Conditions.

12.6. We reserve the right to terminate your account, to refuse any of our services and remove any of the content posted by you in our website if you are in breach of our Privacy Policy or any of these Terms and Conditions. We may notify you in writing or via email.


13.1. If you breach any or all parts of these Terms and Conditions and we delay or fail to take an immediate action, then this is not a waiver of our or your rights for remedies. We will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any situation where you breach these Terms and Conditions.


14.1. By using our services you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.


15.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the Cyprus and European Union laws. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Cypriot courts or to the EU country in which you reside.
